Extract File And Flash Tool
Move flash file folder to desktop (recommended)
Then open SP Flash tool and select Scatter file in Scatter loading section
Click on Download Button
Power off press volume up and down and connect to pc
wait till process completed
All done.
Note: You need to authorized tool to flash and remove mi account from Poco M4 Pro 4G.
